Sheehan, Skadden’s executive partner. “Together, they have developed one of the top practices in this area, and we are excited about the prospect of enhancing Skadden’s already robust criminal and regulatory investigations capabilities. With the addition of John, David and Warren, we believe that we will have the industry-leading platform in this growing area.”

Skadden’s White Collar Crime practice, which includes a number of former federal prosecutors, is ranked as one of the leading white collar practices in the 2008 edition of Chambers USA. The firm’s attorneys have defended corporate and individual clients against white collar criminal allegations in various contexts, including grand jury investigations by federal and state prosecutors, and have handled investigations by regulatory agencies such as the SEC, the NASD, the New York Stock Exchange, the Federal Reserve Bank and the IRS.
