Leading law firm Charles Russell’s corporate department has advised brokers Collins Stewart on a proposed placing for AIM-listed Media Square plc.
Media Square is raising up to £10.6 million through the placing, conditional, amongst other things, on shareholder approval at a general meeting to be held on April 30 2004.
Simon Gilbert, head of corporate finance at Charles Russell, and Associate Adam Dowdney led the legal team advising Collins Stewart.
Media Square is a marketing communications and marketing services group which has undergone significant expansion, including eight acquisitions in the last 18 months.
Media Square was advised by Browne Jacobson Solicitors and Grant Thornton.
