1 November 2007 – LAWFUEL – Law Firm Newswire – Linklaters has advised Hermes Private Equity on the £55m acquisition of Beck & Pollitzer, the leading European engineering services business. Beck & Pollitzer specialises in the installation and relocation of industrial plant and machinery and associated services, and has a leading position in the UK and across Europe.
Linklaters’ team was led by private equity partner Richard Youle assisted by managing associate Tom Jaggers and associate Tom Watkins. Banking partner, Charles Dunn, led the debt side. Other Linklaters offices involved in the transaction included Germany, Hungary and Poland.
