27 September 2007 – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – Linklaters has advised Montagu Private Equity on the £276m sale of Open International Limited, the UK and Ireland’s leading supplier of IT solutions to insurance brokers.
The team, led by private equity partner, Richard Youle and supported by corporate associate, Peter Lewis, involved the firm’s London and Luxembourg offices.
The deal demonstrates Linklaters’ ongoing and evolving relationship with Montagu Private Equity, having advised Montagu Private Equity on the acquisition of Open International Limited in 2006 and the acquisition of BCA Holdings Limited in 2007.
