London/Moscow, 20 July 2007 – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – Baker & McKenzie has advised HealthTech Corporation Limited on its sale of 100% of its Aquavision soft drinks manufacturer bottling facility in Russia to the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company for €191.5 million. The sale is subject to regulatory clearances.

Aquavision is a newly constructed production facility near Moscow, the largest consumer market in Russia. The facility covers 35 hectares and has four production lines, warehousing facilities and office space.

HealthTech Corporation Limited is one of the largest corporations in Eurasia in the biotechnologies, health and healthy lifestyle markets.

James Richards, corporate Partner at Baker & McKenzie, said: ”We were very pleased to act for our client, HTC, on the sale of this strategic bottling facility to Coca-Cola.
