(Source: Los Angeles Car Accident Attorneys.) Tuesday September 25, 2007 – According to Batman film producers, a special effects tech who had worked at the set of the Batman movie currently being filmed, died in a batmobile car accident Tuesday, September 25, 2007. An accident investigation began because the batman worker was killed when his 4×4 vehicle crashed into a tree, according to Warner Brothers.

The film studio stated no one on the cast, including many Hollywood bigwigs, was injured. The wreck happened at the batman special effects studio. The studio reports that the car accident did not take place while filming the new movie called “Batman: The Dark Knight.” Media reports claim that the 4×4 was chasing the Batmobile stunt car at a set located by Chertsey, Surrey.

“There was a fatal accident …” at a special effects studio by “The Dark Knight,” film production, according to the film studio. “A special effects technician on the film was in a truck that struck a tree at the end of a test run-through.”

The dead man’s name is not released at this time. A spokesman also said that: “There was filming of some sort involving a vehicle stunt and there was an accident. “It appears one vehicle was undertaking some stunt driving and another 4×4 provided the camera platform. The second vehicle and a camera operator were involved in a collision with a tree.”

The long awaited “Batman: The Dark Knight,” starring Christian Bale, Michael Caine as his butler, Gary Oldman and Morgan Freeman, is set to be released in the United Kingdom sometime next year. It is assumed it is the same Batmobile from the first batman hit starring Bale and Caine. We hope you have enjoyed this press release.
