A partner at jeavyweight US-based labour law firm Quinn Emanuel, Victoria University Law School graduate Bunting has been described by Who’s Who Legal as a “key name for litigation involving both UK and US components”.

Recent high profile work has included acting for the Official Receiver on behalf of Carillion’s creditors against KPMG after Carillion, the UK’s second largest contractor, went bust in 2018.

Having unique experience handling matters involving clients with UK and US connections he has been involved in prominent fraud and corporate work, as well as arbitration and high level litigation.

He is also listed as a rising star in Commercial Litigation in Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers and was named to The Lawyer’s Hot 100 2020 list.
