London, 23 February 2016 — Mayer Brown has appointed Kieron Dwyer as a new Finance partner in London. Kieron will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on project finance, energy and infrastructure transactions.
Most recently, Kieron was a partner and head of international energy and natural resources at Wragge Lawrence Graham. He also established the energy and infrastructure finance practice at legacy firm Wragge & Co. Kieron is recognised for his expertise in international project finance, acquisition finance and reserve-based lending transactions, particularly those in the electricity and upstream oil and gas sectors. He acts for banks, multilateral lenders, project companies and sponsors on major energy and infrastructure finance transactions across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Earlier in his career Kieron spent 10 years at Clifford Chance, where he built up considerable international experience. Whilst there he worked in the firm’s Tokyo office for three years.
