Scott practices in the corporate and transactional fields with a special emphasis on representation of German companies in connection with their inbound investments into the United States. He also counsels clients in corporate structuring and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, securities, private placements and real estate investments. He is experienced in handling complex transactions for a variety of industries.
