Tower to acquire Youi NZ Insurance portfolio
Powered By LawFuel –Insurance market disruptor, Youi NZ Pty Ltd’s has announced its insurance portfolio is to be acquired by Tower Insurance Limited, after signing a Portfolio Transfer Agreement.
Under the agreement, Tower Insurance will acquire around 34,000 in-force policies from Youi NZ for a purchase price of NZ$13 million, increasing its gross written premiums by 8 per cent.
