Margolis has joined its New York office as a Shareholder in the Real Estate Department. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Margolis was a partner at Bryan Cave LLP. Mr. Margolis concentrates his real estate practice on leasing, acquisition, and development work for a variety of clients, including real estate investment trusts, foreign and domestic institutions, as well as corporate and individual investors.
