New York – January 24, 2007 – LAWFUEL – US Legal – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Trident IV, L.P. (Trident IV) in its definitive stock purchase agreement with UnumProvident Corporation (Unum) for Trident IV to acquire 100% of GENEX Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Unum.
