Kevin’s practice is focused on commercial finance and restructuring, including both in court and out of court reorganizations.

Mr. Fisher has over 20 years’ experience in finance and restructuring transactions. He has advised private equity investors, senior and subordinated lenders, commercial banks, investment banks, institutional investors and acquisition financiers, as well as represented both lenders and borrowers on an array of domestic and international restructurings and workouts. He has led a number of highly leveraged transactions, acquisition finance transactions, and syndicated deals. For example, Kevin represented the committee of creditors of SK Global in restructuring and international proceedings. The insolvency proceedings, which commenced in the US, Asia and Europe, were the first test of Korea’s new insolvency scheme. This deal was named International Financial Law Review’s Asia Restructuring Deal of the Year.
Kevin is a fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers and the American Law Institute. In 2005, he was named one of the Leading Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyers in the United States by International Financial Law Review.
