Ober|Kaler Elects Christine Morse Principal

BALTIMORE – January 17, 2008 – LAWFUEL – Legal Newswire – Ober|Kaler is pleased to announce that health lawyer Christine M. Morse has been elected a principal of the firm effective January 1, 2008.

Ms. Morse concentrates her practice in general health care law and regulatory matters, with particular focus on fraud and abuse issues, reimbursement issues, corporate compliance, long-term care, and Medicare Part B. She has significant legal and operational experience relating to institutional and specialty pharmacies, including licensure, Medicaid reimbursement and Medicare Part D issues.

Ms. Morse is an active member of the American and Maryland State Bar Associations and the American Health Lawyers Association.

A graduate of the University of Maryland (B.A., 1991) and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1999), Ms. Morse was the 1998 recipient of the Excellence in Litigation Award from Center for Forensic Economic Studies.

She is a resident of Gaithersburg, Maryland.
