Partner to Strengthen Firm’s International Corporate Offerings

LONDON and NEW YORK, 7 November, 2006 – LAWFUEL – Legal News, Legal Jobs Network – Kaye Scholer announced today that Stuart Fleet, a highly respected international corporate lawyer, will be joining the firm as partner in its London office. Fleet was previously a partner with Eversheds.

The addition of Fleet, coupled with the firm’s recently announced addition of Tim Spangler in London, strengthens the firm’s international corporate and finance practice and further complements Kaye Scholer’s global public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, investment fund, and business reorganization and creditors’ rights capabilities.
