US Attorney Preet Bharara has returned to Court for the first time in eight years, making a court appearance sitting right up front where any other prosecutor – not just the US Attorney running the most powerful office outside of Washington – to help from court, not just the lectern.
We’re used to handling press releases from Preet Bharara – recent releases being here . . and here . . and here. So we will be looking forward to knowing more about the case that took him to court, personally.
