With more than 10 years’ experience in the property industry, Steve provides expert advice on all aspects of property and construction law. He has significant recent experience in complex real estate development projects, real estate capital markets transactions, office and industrial leasing, and construction contracts.

Steve’s recent work includes:

  • assisting the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) with two major real estate capital markets transactions in 2014 and 2016;

 

  • advising the Goodman Property Trust and Goodman Group on numerous design, build and lease projects in the office and industrial sectors; and

 

  • acting for Progressive Enterprises on the sale of the Cider Building in Ponsonby, Auckland.

 

Prior to joining Russell McVeagh, Steve was in-house counsel at Spark New Zealand, advising senior management on corporate and commercial matters. He has also practiced overseas with Simmons & Simmons, and has brokerage experience with Colliers International. Steve was admitted to practise in New Zealand in 2002.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
