Angela Works Joins New York Office
NEW YORK, October 17, 2007 – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP has announced that industry veteran Angela D. Works has joined the firm’s New York office as special counsel in the real estate group.
Ms. Works’ real estate practice ranges from acquisitions and dispositions, development deals and leasing transactions to capital markets financing. Her financing practice has an emphasis on the representation of investment banks and other lenders in the origination, securitization, participation and sale of complex commercial real estate loans, including mezzanine debt and whole-company securitizations. She brings to SRZ almost three decades of experience in the real estate departments of major New York law firms, including, most recently, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
