Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces that Maegen Morrison has joined the firm as a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) partner in London.
Maegen advises on corporate finance transactions for listed companies, financial sponsors, financial advisers and large private companies. She has extensive expertise advising companies on public and private M&A and issuers and underwriters in IPOs, restructurings and acquisition financings.

Shearman & Sterling has continued to expand core practice areas with 25 lateral hires globally (including Maegen) since January 2021. Shearman & Sterling significantly increased its corporate offering in Europe last year with the hire of Xavier Norlain’s team in Paris and Florian Harder and Jann Jetter in Munich. Maegen’s hire is part of the ongoing expansion of our London M&A offering, following the appointment of Phil Cheveley last year as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions in EMEA.
