LAWFUEL- The Legal Newswire – Skadden Arps is representing MetroPCS Communications, Inc. in its proposed merger with Leap Wireless International, Inc., a deal valued at approximately $5.5 billion. MetroPCS also plans to assume or refinance about $2 billion in debt. The companies are two of the largest providers of wireless telecommunications services.
