Skadden is Representing Liberty Media Corporation
17 March 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Skadden is representing Liberty Media Corporation with the tax aspects of its proposed spin-off comprised of its 100% stake in Ascent Media Group, Inc. and its 50% stake in Discovery Communications, Inc. to create Discovery Holding Company.
The deal is reportedly valued at approximately $8 billion.
