Stikeman Elliott claimed the number one position by advising on transactions with a total volume of US $1,779 million, comprising 10.7% of the market share between January 1 and March 31, 2004, states Bloomberg’s Legal Advisory M&A League Table. (The table results includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and self-tenders, but excludes open market repurchases.)
