Sunny Mann Takes the Helm at Baker McKenzie International trade, compliance, and investigations guru Sunny Mann is stepping into the role of Global Chair, succeeding Milton Cheng this October. Sunny Mann is a frequent flyer on the international law circuit. Based in London but with stamps in his legal passport from Washington DC, New York, Sydney, and Hong Kong, he brings a true “Avengers Assemble” energy to the firm’s leadership. As the global chair of Baker McKenzie’s International Trade Practice , he’s advised a who’s-who of FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 heavyweights on everything from sanctions to anti-bribery rules. When Russia’s invasion of Ukraine sent shockwaves through the legal and business worlds, Sunny Mann's team was on the front lines, guiding clients through the geopolitical storm.
