Tokyo – 14 June, 2004 – LAWFUEL – International law firm Clifford Chance has announced that
Angela Krantz has joined the firm’s Tokyo office as a Senior Associate with
the Corporate Group, effective 14 June 2004.
Angela has been working as a lawyer in Tokyo for approximately 8 years, most
recently with Morrison & Foerster LLP where she advised both Japanese and
international clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers
and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and
intellectual property and information technology matters. Prior to Morrison
& Foerster LLP, Angela was with the Japanese firm TMI Associates where she
specialised in international corporate transactions with a Japanese focus.
Angela is admitted in Australia and speaks Japanese.
