TROY, Mich., March 27 LawFuel – Legal News — Cox, Hodgman & Giarmarco, a law firm built on excellence, has a new name. As of today the firm will be known as Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. as the firm builds on its legacy of obtaining results with an emphasis on personalized client interaction.

The expertise of firm partners Julius H. Giarmarco, Timothy J. Mullins and William H. Horton has been key to the growth of the firm.

Horton has served as president of the firm since 2004. With more than
20 years of litigation experience, Horton’s primary practice areas include business and commercial disputes, employment law and intellectual property disputes. His expertise has resulted in favorable verdicts for his clients worth millions of dollars. While serving as president, Horton has strengthened and expanded the firm in all practice areas.

Giarmarco heads the firm’s estate planning and wealth preservation
division. His primary practice areas include estate planning, business
succession planning, wealth transfer and life insurance applications. An
expert in the field of estate planning, Giarmarco has lectured nationally
and authored and coauthored books, articles and a nationally acclaimed
brochure on estate planning.

Mullins has extensive litigation experience and concentrates his
practice in the areas of litigating personal injury and commercial matters as well as liability and discrimination actions. Mullins’ work with
numerous school districts highlights the firm’s commitment and involvement in the major social issues facing our society.
