New York – March 31, 2008 – LAWFUEL – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Pernod Ricard in connection with its execution of a definitive agreement with the Kingdom of Sweden for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the Vin & Sprit Group, the owner of Absolut vodka, in a transaction valued at approximately 5.626 billion Euros.
