WASHINGTON–LAWFUEL – The Law Jobs & Law Newswire – Hunton & Williams LLP today announced that it has named Brian M. Buroker as head of its intellectual property practice. Buroker, 37, focuses his practice on ecommerce, telecommunications, business method and software patent litigation, as well as reexamination, licensing, prosecution and counseling. A former patent examiner in the software arts, he has litigated several closely watched cases for the IP community such as MercExchange v. eBay et al., in which he serves as counsel for patent holder MercExchange.
