This year’s program includes the highly acclaimed mock trial, “A Day in the Life of an eDiscovery Case.” Designed to clarify the meaning of the Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and their impact on pre-trial procedures, the mock trial includes teams playing the roles of attorneys and forensic experts in a legal case that examines all aspects of the eDiscovery process. It leads the audience from pre-trial motions and discovery to a mock pre-trial hearing.
Other conference topics include managing the cost of discovery, effective implementation of litigation support technologies, and pro-active data management with regard to risk, compliance and cost.
