12 April 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Blake, Cassels & Graydon achieved number one rankings on the Bloomberg League Tables for the period ending March 31st.
On the “Canada Announced M&A Deals” chart that ranks M&A deals involving a Canadian Target or Seller (P.7), Blakes ranked number one as legal adviser in terms of deal volume ($U.S.). Blakes also tied for first for Deal Count. (P.8)
Among the deals Blakes advised on were: Telesystem International’s sale of ClearWave; and Yellow Pages Income Fund’s acquisition of Advertising Directory Solutions from Bain Capital.
