13 July – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Allen & Overy is advising Arqiva (formerly NTL Broadcast) on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Inmedia Communications Group Ltd from The Carlyle Group for £68.5 million.
Inmedia is a broadcast and media infrastructure company, primarily providing satellite uplinking and related support services.
