19 September 2004 LAWFUEL – Best law, lawyer, attorney, law firm, mergers news, & legal research A multi-office team of attorneys represented firm client Computer Access Technology Corporation (Nasdaq: CATZ), or CATC, in the negotiation of definitive agreements for CATC’s acquisition by LeCroy Corporation (Nasdaq: LCRY). The aggregate transaction value is approximately $120 million, based on a per share price of $6.00 in cash for every share of CATC common stock outstanding, a cash-out of vested in-the-money options and the assumption of unvested options. The transaction is subject to CATC stockholder approval and antitrust clearance, and is expected to close in the fourth quarter. The deal team was led by Palo Alto partner Rich Scudellari.
