2 April 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Joshua Mogin has joined Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, a national real estate law firm, as an associate. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles Calif. office.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Mogin was an associate of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen in New York City. There, he represented institutional lenders and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including securitized lending transactions, credit tenant financings, equity investments, sale-leasebacks, acquisitions and dispositions. Additional experience includes serving as a real estate finance associate for Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Dechert LLP in New York City.
Mogin received his J.D. from New York University (NYU) School of Law in 1997. In addition, he earned both a master’s degree in media studies and a bachelor’s degree in history from Stanford University in 1994. Mogin was admitted to the New York Bar Association in 1998.
