22 January 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Marilyn Sobel is noted as counsel to Nomura International plc in the January 19 TheDeal.com article, “Revivio Gets $25M.” Revivio Inc, a provider of data protection appliances, opened a new fundraising round at the end of 2004.
Nomura led the venture capital round and signed on to lead a $25 million third round. The deal brings Revivio’s total equity investment to $55.7 million, and is likely to be the software company’s final private round.
