22 June – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Blackwell Sanders represented Tortoise Energy Capital Corporation, a closed-end management investment company, in its $350 million initial public offering of 14 million shares of common stock at $25 per share. The Blackwell Sanders team included Steve Carman, Eric Gervais, Dan Peterson, Jason Reschly, Kirstin Salzman and John Short.
