22 November – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Allen & Overy Germany is advising SAP AG on the €80 million public bid for SAP Systems Integration AG (SAP SI). As a result of this offer, SAP AG intends to increase its ownership in SAP SI in preparation for the full integration of SAP SI and the SAP Group.
