24 July – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Allen & Overy recently advised new client, Global Brands Group, on the provision of banking facilities by Lloyds TSB Bank plc. The facilities are the first debt raising to be undertaken by Global Brands Group and have been provided to assist the company in the operation of their licensing and store agreement with FIFA covering the 2006 and 2010 FIFA World Cups.
The Allen & Overy team was led by banking partner, Sanjeev Dhuna, with assistance from associate John Evans.
