24 June – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Freehills announced today the appointment of seven new partners, effective from 1 July 2005.
In making the announcement, Freehills Chief Executive Officer, Gavin Bell, said he was pleased and proud to welcome a group of fine men and women to the firms partnership.

Our new partners are dedicated legal professionals who have demonstrated each of these qualities, he said.
In addition to the new partner appointments, the firm also announced the appointment of 9 special counsel and 47 senior associates, effective from 1 July 2005.

The seven new partners are from the firmsLitigation, Corporate and Banking and Finance Groups, and the special counsel and senior associates span most groups across the firm.
