25 October – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Linklaters has again reaffirmed its position as one of the world’s leading capital markets legal advisers in Thomson Financial’s debt and equity capital markets league tables for the third quarter of 2005.

For the third quarter running, Linklaters has been named leading debt and equity manager legal advisers, having advised on 201 issues valued at US $125.9bn and 41 equity and equity related issues valued at US$21.6bn.

Linklaters has also recently ranked top as Global and EMEA IPO manager adviser in Bloomberg’s Q3 Legal Advisor League Tables for ECM, completing 12 global IPOs valued at US$12bn.
