28 June – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Allen & Overy is advising Morgan Stanley on the €15.4 billion exchange offer for HypoVereinsbank by Unicredito. Morgan Stanley is acting as exchange agent for Unicredito and, in such capacity, will handle the settlement of the offer. Allen & Overy is advising Morgan Stanley under German and Italian law.
