4 August, 2004 – Read today’s legal news, law news, law firm news & legal research at LAWFUELToday, federal prosecutors in Los Angeles filed notices that informed three of five defendants in a kidnap-murder case that the government will seek the death penalty if they are convicted of various crimes related to the deaths of five people whose bodies were recovered from New Melones Lake in Central California in 2002.
The case is United States v. Iouri Mikhel, et al.
