5 October – LAWFUEL – The Law Allen & Overy is advising Alliance UniChem plc on its recommended merger with Boots Group plc to create Alliance Boots, an international pharmacy-led healthcare group with combined sales of over £13 billion.
The transaction is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.
