8 June 2007 – LAWFUEL – China Business Law Newswire – International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised 3Com Corporation on the US$430m leveraged financing of the acquisition from an affiliate of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. of the remaining 49 per cent ownership in H3C Technologies Co., Limited (formerly known as Huawei-3Com Co., Limited), its PRC joint venture with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
Partner Clive Rough led the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer team on the leveraged financing side supported by associates Eric Tan, Sarah Harris, Thomas Davies and Virginia Lam.
