LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Frankfurt, July 19, 2007 – Dewey Ballantine LLP, the leading international law firm, advised MEDOS Medizintechnik AG, in the acquisition of all outstanding capital stock of US medical products manufacturer Gish Biomedical, Inc. from its listed parent company CardioTech International, Inc. (AMEX: CTE). MEDOS is a private equity fund portfolio company managed by Ventizz Capital Partners.

The transaction will facilitate MEDOS group’s access to the American market and will help the company to achieve its goal of raising revenues to approximately €100 million in the near future. Ventizz Capital Partners supports this goal by providing Medos group with acquisition financing.
