Boston Associates elevated to partnership:
Jeffrey Ganguly, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Section, practices in the areas of real estate development, permitting, commercial acquisitions and dispositions and financing. He received his B.A. from Bucknell University in 1993 and his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1999.
Thomas Johnston, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, focuses his intellectual property practice on patent prosecution and patent litigation. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1999.
Senior Counsel elevated to partnership:
Jennifer Borden, a member of the firm’s Business Section, practices in the areas of government incentives and unclaimed property, with considerable experience negotiating tax benefits and securing statutory incentives. She received her B.A. cum laude from the University of Massachusetts in 1990 and her J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1994.
Brian Colandreo, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, focuses his intellectual property practice in the area of patent law. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and his J.D. and M.I.P. degrees from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
Chicago Associate elevated to partnership:
Eric Dorkin, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial, debtor-creditor, environmental and media litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1988, and his J.D., with high distinction, from the University of Iowa School of Law in 1998.
Jacksonville Associate elevated to partnership:
Jennifer Mansfield, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, practices in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation, with an emphasis in media law. She received her B.A. from Northwestern University in 1991 and her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Miami in 1999.
Los Angeles Senior Counsel elevated to partnership:
Alan Watson, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, practices construction law, representing owners, contractors, subcontractors and designers in construction related disputes. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine in 1990 and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law in 1994.
Miami Associate elevated to partnership:
Eduardo Ramos, a member of the Litigation Section, practices in the areas of international and commercial litigation and arbitration and intellectual property. He received his B.A. from American University in 1992 and his J.D. from Syracuse University in 1999.
Senior Counsel elevated to partnership:
Emma Cristina Solaun, a member of the firm’s Business Section, concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law representing U.S. and foreign clients, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, intellectual property licensing, and venture capital transactions. She received her B.A. cum laude from the University of Illinois in 1989 and her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1992.

Paul Cicchetti, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Section, focuses his practice on business-oriented real estate finance matters such as mortgage lending, structured financing and loan servicing. Northern Virginia Associate elevated to partnership:

Michelle Rosati, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Section, practices in the areas of land use and real estate development. She received her B.A. from Colgate University in 1990 and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 1993.

Christopher Annunziato, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, focuses his practice on the defense of product liability, toxic torts and other personal injury cases. He received his B.A. with honors from Ramapo College of New Jersey and his J.D. cum laude from Stetson University College of Law.
Portland Associate elevated to partnership:
Joshua Husbands, a member of the firm’s Business Section, represents clients in an array of business, tax, business succession, asset protection, complex life insurance and estate planning matters. He received his B.A. from the University of Texas and his J.D. cum laude from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College.
Tampa Associate elevated to partnership:
Natalie Thomas, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, practices in the area of commercial litigation with particular emphasis on construction law. She received her B.A. from the University of South Florida in 1995 and her J.D. cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1998.
Washington, D.C. Associate elevated to partnership:
Thomas Bentz, a member of the firm’s Business Section, practices insurance law with a focus on negotiating and enforcing directors and officers liability and other management liability insurance policies for policyholders. He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Bonni Kaufman, a member of the firm’s Government Section, focuses on the practice of environmental law, including enforcement, litigation, brownfields and green development and the impact of environmental laws on corporate and real estate transactions.
