MinterEllison brings in new Private Equity practice leader in Sydney

MinterEllison is pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Horan as a Partner in its M&A/Capital Markets practice in Sydney, significantly enhancing the firm’s national offering and deepening its expertise in private capital transactions

With over 20 years’ experience advising many of Australia’s most active private capital sponsors and corporates, Lee is a recognised specialist in M&A, private equity, and public market transactions. He brings wide-ranging industry experience across media, health, entertainment, data and technology, agriculture, education, and food & beverages. Among Lee’s recent highlights, Lee led a team advising global private capital giant KKR on the acquisition of Zenith Energy.
