National law firm Foot Anstey appoints former Linklaters lawyer to its investigations and corporate crime practice
10th March 2026 – Foot Anstey has appointed Jasmine Olomolaiye as a Partner in its investigations and corporate crime team, continuing the firm’s strategic growth and expanding its risk and regulatory offering.
Jasmine joins after 12 years at Linklaters, where she advised corporates and financial institutions on internal and regulatory investigations, corporate crime and sanctions. With extensive experience advising clients in utilities, infrastructure, financial services and private equity, her appointment reinforces and expands Foot Anstey’s core offering to clients operating in highly regulated sectors.
Recognised by Legal 500 as a key lawyer for Regulatory Investigations and Corporate Crime, Jasmine regularly advises clients navigating sensitive regulatory and enforcement matters. She has acted for UK utilities providers and global infrastructure and commodities businesses, as well as a range of financial services institutions and senior executives. Her work includes complex cross-border investigations involving both financial and non-financial misconduct, as well as advising on sanctions and financial crime compliance.
