Silverman, recently a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, has joined Kaye Scholer LLP (www.kayescholer.com) as a partner and head of the firm’s Private Equity Practice in Chicago. At Kaye Scholer, he will continue to focus on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and venture capital and private equity transactions.
