Dr Ellen Braun and advice on environmental law by Dr Marcus Hödl.
Senior associate Martin Bünning advised on tax matters.

Dr Helge Schäfer comments: “We are delighted to have advised
Hapag-Lloyd on this transaction. The complexity of the legal
structures as well as advising on several areas of law demonstrated –
once again – the strength of the German M&A practice.”

the financing banks.
