October 27, 2004 LAWFUEL – Law, IPO law, legal, attorney, law firm news – Fenwick & West represented Israel-based Shopping.com Ltd. (Nasdaq:SHOP) in its initial public offering. The offering raised over $123 million for Shopping.com, which issued 6,870,000 shares of common stock in the offering. The offering was underwritten by lead managers Goldman, Sachs & Co, and Credit Suisse First Boston. Piper Jaffray and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as co-managers.

Shopping.com is an Israeli company that runs the leading online comparison shopping service. Shopping.com launched in September 2003, and is the result of the April 2003 merger of two pioneering Internet companies: DealTime, a leading shopping search engine; and Epinions, a leading consumer reviews platform.
