SJ BERWIN HIRES IT AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS LITIGATION PARTNER
SJ Berwin’s Commercial Litigation Department is pleased to announce the arrival of Michael Bywell who joins the firm from DLA on 1 November 2004.
Michael’s practice covers a broad range of information technology, telecommunications and media work acting for purchasers and users of IT products and services. He also has significant e-business experience including investigating and managing IT security breaches, advising internet service providers on risk management issues and acting in litigation arising out of e-business transactions and illegal use of the internet. He has specialised in these areas since 1993. Michael’s practice also has a strong international focus including Europe, Asia Pacific and significant litigation for and against US corporations.
